PERSONALIZED

  • Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and clarifying your values as a compass for making wanted changes to live a life more in-line with who you are.

TARGETED

  • Everyone has their own set of life experiences. I will ask you to identify your values as a way to create motivation to face obstacles, or make wanted change. We will pay close attention to your thoughts and how they can help or hinder you. Principles of Mindfulness will be emphasized to create responses vs reactions. The interventions will be aligned with your core values to make sure they reflect who you authentically are.

INTEGRATIVE

  • Achieving wholeness is a collective process. Understanding how our lived experiences shape us will inform our work. We will bring in your existing strengths, and fortify them. We will explore helpful practices such as mindfulness training, creating community, spirituality, creativity, and more.
